AstroShield - Terms and Conditions

1. License Grant

AstroShield grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on a single FiveM server per license purchased.

The Customer does not own the software; they purchase only the right to use it under these Terms.

2. Prohibited Activities

The Customer agrees NOT to:

  • Resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the Service or license keys with any third party.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features of the Service.
  • Use the Service on more servers than the license allows.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing our Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Discontinuation of your server.
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service.
  • Bans or suspensions.
  • Technical difficulties (unless caused by our failure to provide the core Service).

4. Account and License Suspension

AstroShield reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms.
  • Abuse or misuse the Service.
  • Engage in fraud, cheating, or harmful behavior.
  • Attempt to damage our systems, infrastructure, or community.
  • Spread hate, defamation, or false information about AstroShield.
  • Insult, harass, or threaten AstroShield staff or community members.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute our products.
  • Share your license key or allow unauthorized access.

Termination does not prevent us from taking further legal or technical action if needed.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

AstroShield makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service.
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • That the Service will detect or prevent all cheats or exploits.
  • The compatibility of the Service with your server or other software.

Your use of our Services is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroShield is not responsible for:

  • Lost profits or revenue.
  • Server downtime or performance issues.
  • Lost or corrupted data.
  • Reputation damage to your server or community.
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or unexpected damages.
  • Bans imposed on your players or your server by FiveM, Cfx.re, or Rockstar Games.
  • Any actions taken by third parties.

License owners are fully responsible for all actions taken on their server and any bans issued.

In no event shall AstroShield's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroShield, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of the Services.
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Any bans, disputes, or actions taken on your server.

8. Affiliation Disclaimer

AstroShield is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with:

  • FiveM
  • Cfx.re
  • Rockstar Games
  • Take-Two Interactive

All trademarks and company names belong to their respective owners.

9. Data Collection

To provide and improve our Services, AstroShield may collect and process the following data:

  • Discord ID
  • FiveM ID
  • Xbox Live License
  • Steam ID
  • Hardware ID (HWID)
  • IP Address
  • System information
  • Server logs

This data is used solely for anticheat enforcement, fraud detection, and service improvement.

Server owners may configure Discord webhooks to receive logs for their own monitoring purposes. AstroShield does not access or control these logs.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.

Any disputes relating to the Services or these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovakia.
